NEW Lunchtime SynergyYoga and Emotional Healing Circle starting up in April 2010. Step into this oasis of deep relaxation to bring balance and wholeness to your day! (Fee is 10 Euros)
Tuesdays-12:30-1:30 SynergyYoga/Movement -followed by Emotional Healing Circle, 1:30-2:30pm. At the Dublin Holistic Centre (www.dublinholisticcentre.com)
For Lunchtimers, you may also do a 1-2pm session consisting of 30 minutes SynergyMovement followed by 30 minutes Healing C ircle.
FEES: You can purchase a 10 class card for 80 Euros (may be prorated by number of classes) on the first day of class or drop-in for 10 Euros per hour class. If you take two classes back to back (i.e. SynergyYoga and Healing Circle, the drop-in rate will be 15 Eur or an extra 5 Eur for enrollees in one class or the other).
