At this INSPIRATIONAL international non-denominational weekend retreat in IRELAND (3rd-5th AUGUST 2012), participants will be warmly welcomed into a nurturing, HEART space where seasoned facilitators of meditation, yoga, dance, drumming, healing, creative expression, soul TRUTH discovery & shamanistic practices will support and inspire your soul to resonate with all that brings STRENGTH to EVOLVE as needed. Here we can dedicate time & space to GROUNDING our SPIRITUALITY in ways that keep us healthy in mind, body, and spirit no matter the extent of unsettling changes in the world around us.

WHAT: American SynergyDance Healing Adventure

WHEN: 29th October - 7th November 2011

WHERE: USA (Washington, DC; Little Washington, VA; Philadelphia & Yardley, Pennsylvania; New York City)

WHO: 6-12 Bright and Beautiful Beings seeking a week of higher spiritual guidance, deep play, healing, energizing movement, new inspiration, adventure and authentic heart connection.

HOW MUCH: 700 Eur/560 EARLY BIRD TUITION when 250 Eur deposit is paid by 31st May 2011 (including workshop with SynergyDance Founder, Charmaine Lee, SynergyDance & Yoga classes, daily guided meditation, yoga stretching and healing circles; PLUS host home accommodation). WED, 2nd Nov - Morning Train to Philadelphia, PA, Rental van to host home in charming colonial Yardley, PA; Afternoon Circle of meditation, healing and yoga workshop.

DREAM TENDING PLAYSHOP with GENEVIEVE VIERLING

During this session we will engage in fun and interactive exercises that allow us to understand our dreams/nightmares in positive ways and to learn how to invoke lucid dreams whereby we can chat with our Unconscious, know we are dreaming within the dream, and create what we want to happen in the dream. We will be invoking dreams to experience that very night and to be shared and explored as a group the next day.

The Session will be facilitated by Genevieve Vierling, professional astrologer and dream-work facilitator with 40 years experience exploring dreams. See BlueLightLady for more about her.

And yes, we all have an intuitive nature. It is our “first instinct”, our “gut reaction“, our “feelings” and our “knowingness.” Many of us experience this intuitive part of ourselves in our body as a sensing or feeling. either a good feeling or a not-so-good feeling.

Others describe their intuitive nature as “just a knowing”. It can help us and guide us to not only discover what we really want, but also to facilitate the manifestation of that desire.
