During this workshop, we will begin in a heart meditation circle, gain insights into the messages of the body and how to respond to them to improve health and wellbeing, experience a gentle flowing Hatha yoga warm-up with guided visualization, engage in expressive movement around the space, and wind-down into deep relaxation. All movement will be inspired with beautiful world music.
At the end of this afternoon you will feel free of anything that holds you back from being the healthiest person you can be and on a natural high that stays with you beyond the bounds of the workshop.
